Hot Bags – Heat Bags
Heating temperatures vary depending on your microwave wattage. Most microwaves have the wattage displayed on the oven and the manual. If you can’t find the wattage simply Google the make and model number and you may find the information your looking for.
If heated correctly, with a small container of water, you will maintain the quality of the 100% cotton fabric casing and 100% whole lupin seeds, which provides you with HOT BAG heat therapy.
Coolie Bags
The Coolie bag is sectioned to keep your neck or forehead cool in the heat.
Cooling your Coolie Bag
- Soak your Coolie Bag and massage crystals in cold water for 10-20 minutes to inflate each section , the non-toxic crystals absorb the water and swell each section, ready for application. Do not over-inflate.
TIP – We recommend that you soak and massage the Coolie Bag in warm water (for 5 minutes) the first time you use it, this will speed up the absorption process by softening the fabric.
Re-cooling your Coolie Bag
- Re-soak briefly to re-cool and hydrate or place in a snap lock bag in the fridge or freezer. Do not over-inflate.
Washing your Coolie Bag
- Wash your Coolie Bag in cold water with a mild detergent.
